1. Agreement to Terms These
Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Wicked Good Pulls ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the wickedgoodpulls.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Live Breaks and Trading Card Sales
Wicked Good Pulls offers the sale of physical trading cards, merchandise, and participation in live stream "box breaks."
Nature of Box Breaks: By purchasing a spot in a live break, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a random or designated slot for a stream, not a guaranteed specific physical product. The cards you receive are determined by chance during the live event.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that any specific player, team, or card value will be pulled during a live break.
Fulfillment: Only physical cards pulled for your assigned slot/team will be shipped to you.
3. Purchases and Payment
We accept payments through our secure third-party processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the time-sensitive and randomized nature of live sports card breaks, all purchases for break spots are strictly non-refundable once the live stream has commenced or the product has been opened.
Merchandise: Standard merchandise purchases may be subject to our standard return policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will carefully package and ship all physical trading cards and merchandise to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit by the carrier, nor are we responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
5. User Conduct and Live Streams
During our live streams and in any site comment sections, we expect all viewers to maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to ban, mute, or remove any user from our streams or Site for harassment, hate speech, spamming, or disruptive behavior, without a refund for any pending orders.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Wicked Good Pulls and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
